Please note:

- The included chain may break if pulled, snagged, or subjected to significant impact; thank you for your understanding.
- The flap studs are removable and secured with screws. We recommend that parents check regularly to ensure they do not become loose.
- The inside of the flap may show slight creases; thank you for your understanding.
We generally deliver within 10 to 14 days. In case of a stockout, an additional delay may be necessary; if so, we will inform you directly.
Maintenance
If there are visible stains, use a well-wrung cloth lightly moistened with diluted neutral detergent to gently clean the surface. Then, let it dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight.
(Before using a neutral detergent, we recommend testing it on an inconspicuous area first to check for any discoloration.)
If exposed to rain or moisture, we also recommend gently wiping the surface with a dry cloth.
Refund Policy
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days after receiving your order to inform us, by email, of your wish to return it. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
The item must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unused), with its tags and accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once the return is received and checked, we will refund the price of the item and standard delivery costs, via the same payment method used for the order.
