For customers located in the European Union, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations, we accept return requests within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returns for personal reasons

For returns made for personal reasons, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Required condition of the returned product

The returned product must be in new condition, identical to how it was received, accompanied by its accessories and original packaging.
